Shipping:

1. All items are sent on a guaranteed priority service.
2. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery. The vast majority of shipping times will be less than 7 working days.

Shipping Costs:

1. € 15.00 for Germany
2. € 30.00 for all other international orders

Returns:

1. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please inform us by email within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
2. All damages must be reported by email within 24 hours of the goods being received.

We gladly accept payment through PayPal secure technology. It`s a fast, easy and secure way to purchase worldwide.

This Bigcartel shop is a private sales website. All prices are quoted in Euro €, with taxes included for Germany only, but without shipping costs.

Foreign customs can apply importation and/ or Value added taxes.

Stefan Winterle reserves the right to change item pricing at any time.

Miscellaneous:

All produces and prices are valid only while listed on the site and while in stock.

If stock runs out after an order has already been places we will contact the buyer by email, informing them of cancellation.
